Late spring is a busy time for tongue language, and hearing professionals in state advocacy. That's when greatest in quantity state legislatures are wrapping up their deciding which bills in consequence of which to toss on the outside and which to postpone until the nearest session. It's also the time when ASHA and the Council of State Association Presidents (CSAP) imprison a joint conference to assess the year's progres in each state and to learn from each other.
