in succession Sept. 20, the U.S. Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions (HELP) Committee passed s 2341, the "IDEA Full Funding Act of 2000" which would fix a schedule for fully funding the federal government's promise to Part B of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) on the year 2010. Its companion bill, HR 4055 passed the House of Representatives in May. The abounding Senate must still approve s 2341, and then it must be signed by the agency of the President to become law.
