A coalition of durable medical equipment, long-term care, and rehabilitation services industry representatives--including ASHA--is seeking modification or repeal of the Health Care Financing Administration's (HCFA) requirements for the implementation of Section 4432(b) of the Balanced batch Act (BBA) of 1997.
