HCFA Formally stretch outs Moratorium on $1,500 Cap

The Health Care Financing Administration (HCFA) has formally continueed the moratorium on the $1500 cap for Medicare rehabilitation service claims. Program memorandum AB-01-36 is available forward HCFA's Web site at www.hcfa.gov/pubforms/transmit/ memos/comm_date_dsc.htm.
